At Progress Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your illumination experience. If your fixture isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange uninstalled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the lighting fixtures you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer's box, ensuring all mounting hardware, crystals, and instruction manuals are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print your prepaid return shipping label and securely affix it to the outside of the carton, making sure to remove or cover any previous shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned products for quality assurance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
